I have lived in Holmes Chapel and district since 1968 and am married with two children, one daughter in law, one son in law and four grandchildren.
I have been a Parish Councillor since the early 1970s and Magistrate since 1980. I am a retired teacher of English Language & Literature and am currently School Governor at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School and at the Primary School.
I am a skilled shorthand writer, a postgraduate student and still learning.
More recently I have become involved in training, mentoring and appraisal.
