Tina Cartlidge became the Clerk to the Council in March 2019. Tina has a background working in the charity sector supporting local community groups and is delighted to be able to use those skills to support the community of Holmes Chapel and the Council.

In May 2020 Tina passed the Certificate in Local Council Administration (CILCA), a professional qualification for those working for Town/Parish Councils.
