Community Grants

There are a number of grants available for community groups which might be of interest:

Greener Community Facilities Fund – grants available to improve community facilities and buildings, energy efficiency and save carbon.

Flourish Fund – grants available for recruiting, training volunteers who are supporting vulnerable residents, support vulnerable individuals discharged from hospital and more related to volunteers.

Healthy Neighbourhoods Fund – grants aiming at reducing isolation and loneliness, enhancing the ‘healthy neighbourhood offer’ and providing opportunities to connect and feel part of their community.
