At the meeting of the Council on 16th December 2021, the budget for the coming year was set – this year an increase of 2.7% to the precept was agreed – resulting in a total budget of £239,983. (£2.25 extra per annum for a “band d” dwelling)
We continue to provide many services for the village - including CCTV, provision of flowers and hanging baskets, maintenance of footpaths and public areas where required as well as the provision of the Community Centre. The improvements to Church Walk are progressing and we have other projects planned which include investigating resurfacing the community centre car park.
