Holmes Chapel Parish Council is delighted to announce that on 16th April John Rattray was successfully co-opted onto the Parish Council.


Cllr Rattray has lived in the village since 1987. He has had a successful career in IT working for Barclays Bank including being part of the leadership of the Campus site. Having now retired, Cllr Rattray is keen to give something back to the community and use his skills to help continue to make Holmes Chapel a great place to live.


Cllr Rattray is a member of the Strategy & Finance and Amenities Committees.


Holmes Chapel Parish Council warmly welcomes Cllr Rattray and looks forward to working with him over the next year.
