Notice of Highway Works - Holmes Chapel Road (A54)

We are pleased to inform you that we will be undertaking carriageway pre-patching works along Holmes Chapel Road, Brereton Heath, from the junction with Mill Lane to the junction with Brereton Heath Lane. This is in preparation for the surface-dressing programme to be carried out later this year.

To maintain the safety of the public and our workforce, it will be necessary for a road closure to be in place during the works.

The works will take approximately 9 nights to complete, commencing on 30 March 2026 between the hours 7pm and 6am.
