Picton Square Improvements

Holmes Chapel Parish Council is looking to fund some improvements to Picton Square, hopefully in the financial year 2021/22, to create a pleasant, quiet area that residents can enjoy. We would like to understand what residents, especially those who live on or near Picton Square wish to see improved in that area.
