Village Welcome Signs Get a Clean-Up!

Our village welcome signs are looking much better thanks to a recent clean-up!

The Parish Council has a budget for small maintenance works around the village, which we use for a variety of jobs including hedge cutting, painting, planting schemes, sweeping and other improvements that help keep Holmes Chapel looking its best.

We recently noticed that the ‘Holmes Chapel’ welcome signs were looking particularly dirty, so we have used the fund to pay for all the village entry signs to be cleaned.

Take a look at the before and after photos below – what a difference! They are looking much cleaner and brighter and make a much more welcoming first impression for everyone arriving in Holmes Chapel.
