Hot Meal Delivery Holmes Chapel

The Welcome are expanding their hot meal delivery service to Holmes Chapel, Cranage & Goostrey. The meals are delivered daily around lunch time and come with a main and a desert. The cost of this service is £5 a meal.

The service is via referral only, if you or anyone that you are aware of needs this service, please contact one of the below services who will then be able to refer. To be eligible for a referral you will need to have difficulty making meals, receiving home care or receiving support/care from family.

Referrals will be accepted from:

• Holmes Chapel Health Centre via Social Prescriber

• Holmes Chapel Partnership

• Everybody Health & Leisure

• CEC Community Connectors

• Holmes Chapel Library
