Bookings Co-ordinator for Cranage Village Hall
Part Time Vacancy available with immediate effect:
An opportunity has arisen for someone wishing to engage in the local community in Cranage by managing bookings for our popular Village Hall. The successful applicant will be well organised, personable, have administrative skills and confidence with email communications.
Responsibilities:
Respond to booking requests received from the Village Hall’s Website, confirm bookings by email to potential hirers and provide payment details with T & Cs.
Manage the calendar of advance bookings.
Report to committee members and cleaners on the month ahead’s future bookings
Ensure payment is collected from hirers
Introduce and manage a new keysafe entry system, to allow hirers access to the Hall
