Covid-19 Community Support


Holmes Chapel Parish Council are doing all they can to support the local community during these difficult times. There are many offers of help coming forward to make life easier for those who may have to self isolate.


People should turn first to friends, family or neighbours for assistance


If you do not have anyone who can help, and live in Holmes Chapel please contact the Parish Office on 01477 533 934 or 07484 904 899. The support lines are open between 9am and 1pm Monday to Friday. Please leave a message if there is no answer and someone will contact you. If you are outside of Holmes Chapel, please contact your local Parish Council. They will be able to direct you to community groups who may be able to provide assistance and assurance.


For those offering to help

Bear in mind this is a commitment for several weeks. It will not be one quick visit to the shops. You will be the support that someone who is self isolating and who will rely on you.

It is a commitment.

There is also an opportunity to sign up to also be NHS support volunteers at https://www.goodsamapp.org/nhs They are offering a wide range of volunteer options for people.
